Do you build my designer’s design, or design it yourselves?
Both. We execute the approved design and drawings from your design office, or we design and build under one contract.
How is the price worked out?
After the site visit we send an itemized BOQ, with exclusions written down. Any change after that is written and priced before it is built.
How will I follow the work?
Photo updates from site on WhatsApp throughout, and a handover against a snag list that is fully closed.
